Back to the Grindstone

Well, as they say, the honeymoon's over. Got back late Saturday night and slept through much of Sunday. Moved into my new office on Monday--the entire law firm moved buildings while I was gone--at least they told me... (ahhh, the life of a lowly associate). Am now overwhelmed with the daunting, yet touching, chore of writing thousands of thank you notes. Everyone really stepped up and helped me through all the madness, mayhem, and calamities that befell us on our "simple" nuptials. Look for my upcoming tome, "How NOT to get married in Mexico."

As a teaser: Chapter 1: How to Find a Priest in a Foreign Country When Yours Comes Down With Malaria.

I'm not kidding. He was doing missionary work in Namibia in the weeks prior to the wedding (No, I have not yet asked him if he met Shiloh, Brad or Angie...). Will write more about it when I get to the "I can laugh about it now" stage...

Must attempt sleep. More later. Sweet dreams lovelies.

xo,
L
