NashVegas Here We Come!

Hi All,

Just a note to say that I won't be posting for a day or two. Leaving for Nashville this afternoon for the Music City Bowl! T's aunt and uncle, who are a tad elderly, surprised us with free tickets and a hotel room if we'd drive them to Nashville and back. It was an offer we couldn't refuse! Plus, we get to see UK v. Clemson. Should be a good game, and even though the odds are stacked against UK, miracles can happen!

Gerald Ford gave me an invaluable piece of advice in one of his interviews. He was questioned how he ever made it through all the crowds of people who wanted to talk to him.

He said, "I just keep moving."

Sounds simple, huh? But it affected my life. As a hairstylist, I have applied that concept. No matter what people are asking of me, I just KEEP MOVING. I talk, I listen, I empathize, I teach, I style, I gush, I texture, I cut, I blow it and curl it, but I JUST KEEP MOVING.

So I am able to schedule a cut and style every thirty minutes.
