Happy belated 4th

Hi All!

Hope everyone had as good a 4th of July as my friend Amydell! Write and let me know how you celebrated! Sadly, I spent it doing yard work for my invalid MIL, but it was still a good day. Horrible contractors saw a woman in a wheelchair and attempted to charge her outrageous prices. I just couldn't let that happen, so I've added using an electric hedge trimmer to my list of things I've learned to do this year. Go me.

Anyway, I apologize for not writing more but huge brief due Monday for a federal trial I'm working on. I have some Junior League shifts at our annual horse show Saturday morning and then it's the office for the rest of the weekend. This case is slowly driving me insane, but it's my job, so nothing else to do but keep moving forward.

If I find any free time I'm planning on reposting some of my favorite entries from my old blog. If you never read my former blog, they're new to you. If you are an old friend, they're some of my favorites, so reread and enjoy.
