"We have a strong case," she said, arms crossed defiantly over her chest.
"All you have is circumstantial bullshit."
"What exactly are you suggesting?"
He exhales methodically. "I'm thinking outside of the box here." He tritely pauses for emphasis. "Why don't you get someone good for your case--let's say... a strong black woman who is opinionated, with the perk of a daily column in the Herald? Send her an e-mail. Let her know what's going down with that administration. It can only help to get public opinion on your side."
"I don't play that game."
"Your case won't survive if you don't."
"It's not everyday that I get asked to leak privileged information to the press..."
